Get the custom dashboard accounts for this member. AKA Favorite Accounts.

/profile/dashboardaccounts

This endpoint returns the data from /accounts with the added property, Enabled, denoting whether an account has been flagged as a favorite by the member. MemberConfigurationIsStored is true if a record exists for the member in which case a PUT rather POST is appropriate. Accounts will be returned in the order configured by the memebr with any new accounts at the end of the list.
