Get the custom quick links for this member. AKA Favorite Features.

/profile/quicklinks

This endpoint returns the data from /modules with the added property, Enabled, denoting whether a feature has been flagged as a favorite by the member. MemberConfigurationIsStored is true if a record exists for the member in which case a PUT rather POST is appropriate. Features will be returned in the order configured by the memebr with any new features at the end of the list.
